  1. We'll craft an attractive offer letter and send it off – with one of three possible responses from the seller: accepting; counter-offering or declining.

  2. If accepted, everyone can rejoice as contracts are signed and you're on your way to owning a house!

  3. Alternatively if declined by the seller - depending upon budget allowances –you may be able to revise & resubmit another enticing proposal...or else consider other equally appealing abodes for sale in today's market.
